My name is Gale Long and I am a licensed acupuncturist located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. I originally came to acupuncture as a patient seeking my own path to wellness and I am committed to helping others discover overall well being and vitality in their daily lives. As an avid athlete in my youth, I sustained a number of injuries.

We have been receiving acupuncture treatments for many years, as a preventive measure and to treat ailments. So, when my wife Joan’s 88 year old mother living in Lancaster suffered two strokes, we immediately began making phone calls to acupuncturists in Lancaster. We had heard of the benefits of acupuncture specifically for stroke victims,… especially if treatment begins soon after the stroke. We were most fortunate to locate Gale.
