We opened The Wellness Point in Annville in 2007, becoming the only full-time acupuncture office in Lebanon County. When we started, we had an office attached to our home to provide flexibility for our family, as well as availability to our clients. Eventually, we were asked to move our office to Quittie Glen to join a group of practitioners who were dedicated to giving patient-centered care that was often "out of the box."

We operated there for several years until Dr. John Biever, the owner of Quittie Glen, passed away. We were fortunate to find a new location, remaining in Annville, so that we could continue to offer our services to our community. At The Wellness Point, our goal is to promote balance, flexibility, wellness, freedom from pain, time with patients, education, and affordability.
Services
Acupuncture is one of the oldest, most commonly used medical procedures in the world. Acupuncture is a system of healing that has developed over thousands of years as part of the traditional medicine of China, Japan, and other Eastern countries. The earliest records of acupuncture date back over 4,000 years.
Due to the global pandemic and our desire to keep our clients, practitioners, and community as safe as possible, and to offer an option for those who are not yet comfortable venturing out, these classes and groups will be offered virtually. We know that not everyone has the resources - time and/or money - to read a stack of parenting books or attend relationship retreats or go to weekly counseling sessions.
Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM) was originally developed by Andrew Taylor Still in the late 1800s. As a battlefield physician during the civil war, Dr. Still recognized that traditional treatment techniques such as blood letting were not effected techniques to restore health. Over the course of several years, he developed a diagnostic and healing system based on his observations of the human body.

The Genesight Psychotropic is a test that can assess your body's ability to use certain psychiatric medications, such as antidepressants, anti-anxiety medications, and mood stabilizers.
Whether you are struggling yourself or supporting someone who is, this is for you. In order to heal, we need community and connection, and here you will find both in a nurturing environment. We'll discuss ways to manage anxiety and depression, and we will help you fill your mental health toolbox with tons of tips and strategies!

Their Facebook page is helping me get through the pandemic! They post helpful tips and resources and relatable and funny memes. I appreciate that they are doing their part to keep our community safe by having their physical location remain closed for the time being while also trying to bring everyone together online so we can get through this *together*.

I struggled with Radiculopathy and saw Dr. Foley for Acupuncture Treatment. The treatment brought relief. I highly recommend The Wellness Point! I have strong gratitude for the relief from the radiating pain and pins and needles sensations that I was experiencing prior to treatment.
