This office is the only dentist office I would ever trust with the dental care of my family and myself. The entire staff is caring and understanding, from the dentists to the receptionist. This was the worst experience of my life !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I would highly suggest not to do any type of major surgery here as the dentist was negligent in helping resolve the situation and instead creating an even bigger problem for me.
more soooo- the morality of not caring and wiping your hands without taking any responsibility for failed treatment --goes to show the type of caliber of professional that is missing here.
Do yourself a favor and do NOT visit this place.I

Very warm and caring office. Dr. Navarro is great. She is thorough and explains what she sees and what she recommends. There are other visiting doctors at the practice and, I have also been seen by Dr. Sosa. The doctors and the staff are courteous and even remember comments you make in passing. The hygienist is thorough and friendly as are all the staff. The ladies at the front are efficient and try their best to work with you. I really like that everyone seems to actually like each other and it is a friendly place to visit. Honestly, no one likes going to the dentist but they make every effort

The staff was very friendly and welcoming! The office n treatment rooms were very clean . The staff was wearing masks n gloves which was great .Dr Navarro was amazing . She made me feel comfortable. she was knowledgeable n really listened to my needs . I am very happy to have found this dental group n highly recommend this dental group !!!

I’ve always had a fantastic experience while at Navarro Dental Group. The team is just great from beginning to end...but this last time was very memorable! Their new hygienist Lenia has performed THEE best cleaning I’ve ever had. She also went out of her way to point out areas of concern AND what to do to better them. Lenia is an excellent addition to the Navarro Dental Group. Very satisfied 😀

First time at this office. The office staff and doctor were extraordinary. From lots of safety precautions to caring staff, I loved everything about this place. I didn't feel shamed for not keeping up with my cleanings. The doctor explained every step to me so clearly, I was able to make educated decisions for my oral health. The hygienist was incredible. She was gentle and made sure to check over and over that I was OK. Genesis at the front desk explained my options for financing and helped me make the best choices for my situation. This morning I went it for a simple cleaning, the staff was quick to help me and was able to accommodate me as I needed to leave by a certain time to make it to work. Aside from being super friendly and very professional, they gave me a lot of info regarding what I would need to do next to be able to improve my smile and dental health. Recommend them 10000%.
