I have been trying to move since November. They never called me, I always had to call, nobody but Rebecca doesn't has any information on any of the available units but I've never been able to speak to her when I called. They're terribly unprofessional and don't do anything to make moving easy. I've applied, sent my paystubs, sent more paystubs and seen 4 units but haven't heard anything back and when I call, I get the run around. Thanks realty wise

Rebecca is extremely unprofessional and unorganized. Her office is an explosion of papers everywhere. She tried to throw us out of our rental early from a negative review here on google, which is a crime. She lied to the property owner about her actions, denying what she had done and refusing to take accountability for her actions. When they first took ownership of the property she tried to gaslight and manipulate us into paying for water (never pay for water renting in Lakewood) and then tricked the bottom renters into paying 70% of the entire water bill for the house. I’m glad to be gone.

I changed to Realtywise Property Mangement services from another company that was not a good team player. The difference was like night and day! From the beginning, Rebecca Bauer's performance inspired the highest trust and confidence. When Covid hit and the property management game got alot more difficult, Rebecca and her Team were there taking care of business and sending updates to keep Owners informed of the current events. I have been renting from Realtywise for almost 3 years now. Rebecca and Realtywise has been by far the best management company l have ever rented from. Any maintenance issues or any concerns I may have are addressed in a timely matter and that in itself is hard to find in a management company these days. My mother lived in a home in Maple Heights that was previously managed by Sandstone Realty. In the middle of the lease, The owner transferred property management services to Realtywise.
When she moved in 5 years ago, the house had a different owner as well and various areas of damage that were noted by Sandstone when my mom moved in. When Realtywise came in the picture, the level of unprofessionalism followed suit.
Firstly, Realtywise never even obtained a key for the house from the previous company but asked my mom to copy a key for them. They were unresponsive to service requests and overall

I just closed on my 1st house today. I worked with Teresa Kaurich and my experience (minus the stress of the loan process) was AMAZING! I told her what I wanted, and a few days later out of the 1st batch, we had a winner. She found EXACTLY what I was looking for.
