Grandmother was sent here for rehab while she is fighting cancer on top of having dementia. Place looks nice but it is a joke. No one checks on patients as often as they say they do. My grandma went a week with no bathing and sitting in dry dowels and pee. She would call family and beg for them to bring her water because they wouldn’t. Please don’t send your loved ones to this place unless you care less for them.

This rehab facility is a total joke. The CNA's are supposed to check the inconsient patients for a bow movement every 2 hours. I am with my wife 10-12 hours everyday. The CNA's are non existent. My wife has sat in fecal material for hours on end with no 2 hour check. She has had a continuous UTI every since she got there. Fecal material not completely removed from her vaginal area. The physical therapy is another joke. They assign a person that is not capable of helping my wife do to their size. My wife weighs 280lbs and a PT that is short and weighs 100 lbs is not going to be able to help my wife

Ashton Creek is great for both long and short term care. The staff members are very dedicated to the residents, including providing them with the best care. Therapy is great, and everyone from admin to housekeeping to nursing go above and beyond. The activities department is always doing something new and fun and there are multiple activities a day for residents to enjoy. It’s a great location as well across from Parkview and very close to Dupont.

35 residents to one nurse.. high acuity of patients that are post surgery.. g tubes..psych patients, 8 plus diabetics.. the work load is overwhelming. Residents waiting hours for their needs to be met. Indiana has no nurse to patient ratio and this facility pushes the caregivers to the top. Resident's needs are not being met.

The rehab was good for my father but once that done they wanted my dad out. They don’t make money from long term residency. They say they do every 15 minute bed check but they don’t. At 3 am my dad was able to get out of bed, into his wheelchair, down the hall, past the nurses station, down a second hall, enter a code & go through 2 sets of double doors. When they finally did their “every 15 min bed check” he was by the road. Personal care needs to improve. After that they drugged him up to control him till he could be moved to another nursing home. After they did that, my dads body was

Even though the facility is beautiful, the patient care is horrible. My Sister's mother in law was placed there after having battled Covid-19 and survived. However, she was there for physical therapy, she received none. After having been there several days without being helped to and from the bathroom, patient finally was able to get the help and assistance she need to ambulate to the bathroom. However, the CNA that was supposed to help her let her fall. Caregiver stated that she was lowered to the ground because her legs buckled. That was just one example of the care that was provided or lack

I spent about a month total in Ashton Creek and the care and services I received were outstanding. My room was kept spotless, the food was amazing, the therapists were very friendly and experienced and helped me meet my goals. I loved my nurses and Aides. They were always there for me whether I needed them in the middle of the night or during the day. I would highly recommend Ashton Creek for anyone who needs a rehab facility.
