An employee of this facility reached out to my wife due to them desperately need help.
She arrived at her interview and then was verbally abused by another employee. To the point of my wife being in tears.
Fact: this is unprofessional and should be a terminationable offense in the healthcare field.
I reached out and reviewed ossian health and rehab direct. They deleted my review and have not attempted to reconcile this issue.

TLC Management and Ossian Health Communities has been such a positive workplace experience. There are many incredible people (heroes) who are caring and compassionate advocates for our residents in both our skilled nursing and assisted living communities. Highly recommended place of employment as well as community healthcare facility.
