This is the third time that this group ordered special custom medically necessary contact lenses, and failed to notify me of their arrival. I complained that the last two times this happened and I was assured it won't happen again. And it did. Then I complained and they released me as a patient.
So Patient goes in and gets a prescription for lenses. Lenses get ordered. Lenses arrive but Patient is not notified because they are short staffed. So Patient follows up and finds out yet again package arrived without being notified. Patient complains and they release Patient because they can't do their

I would of given the practice a zero except for Dr. Tran who is quite patient. We took our son to see Dr. Wexlwr for the first time. She was rude and had no compassion. She yelled at my son “stop it your not a baby”while holding his face and administering the eye drop. She has no compassion and or understand the fear he had.. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing she was bullying my child. I expressed concerns over her behavior which were ignored by the staff. No provider should ever test a patient much less a minor that way!

Short review:
DO NOT waste your time here. Go somewhere else where you are respected and treated properly!
Long review:
I work with people who have developmental disabilities and recently had an appointment for one of my clients. As I arrived, there was a minor inconvenience that turned into a big problem. Though such an issue could've been fixed easily, the front desk receptionist showed no modicum of effort in at least helping me and my client with the problem and was immediately told to reschedule the appointment at another date.
Unhappy with the response, I called their phone number multiple

I called 4 separate times to confirm my appointment and that this provider accepted my insurance. No matter who answered the phone, they always cut me off/hung up before I finished my questions, so that I would have to call again. When the day of my appointment finally arrived, I was told at the door that they did not accept my insurance. I have never written an online review before, but during this pandemic, it is dangerous to be outside unless necessary. Honestly, the unresponsive (if I did call and nobody picked up, I would not receive a call-back), disorganized (correct hours are not listed

This office is very rude and very insulting. My mom went to get her eyes checked to get new glasses. The doctor that was seeing her was going to put in medicine drops in her eyes prior the examination. My mom asked her when will the side effects wear off, the doctor loudly laughed at her and saying, "You don't understand." Mind you, my mother is Korean but she understands English perfectly fine. The front desk women who were there at the time yelled my mom asking when she will schedule her next appointment.
We will be avoiding this office. Once again, the office is extremely rude and yells at

Seriously questioning my continued patronage with this business. The office staff is less the friendly and always seems to rush you in and out. My second eyeglass prescription with them was flawed. Now I am forced to watch Fox "News" while waiting for a doctor. SMH. This I found out was a direct order from the owner Mr. Dugan. Seriously? Besides that, the service really is nothing to brag about. Yeah the office is nice, but that's not a reason to see a doctor. I do like Dr. Lingappan though.
