As a Philadelphia native, Dr. Chuong graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Science degree before she went on to graduate from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. She is very passionate about providing high quality eye care to her patients, and her training from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry has prepared her to provide comprehensive eye exams for the local community.
Dr. Chuong is skilled in primary care, pediatrics, ocular disease treatment and co-manages with ophthalmologists. Our Optometrists specialize in primary eye care services which include analyzing eye health and visual functions and prescribing glasses and contact lenses.
At Harbison Eye Care, our goal is to provide comprehensive eye care for the whole family. Routine eye exams are important in maintaining overall eye health. Certain eye conditions and vision problems do not have obvious signs or symptoms but are easily diagnosed by a licensed Optometrist. By diagnosing visual problems early on, our doctors are able to provide treatment options that restore vision and prevent further vision loss.

Contact lenses are not an easy solution for every person suffering with vision problems. Although some eye conditions make it more difficult to fit standard contacts, you may be a candidate for specialty contact lenses. During the exam, the doctor will discuss the different specialty contact lenses and which option will give you the clearest vision.
At Harbison Eye Care, we provide comprehensive care to meet the vision needs of our patients. Our Optometrists offer pre- and post-operative care for patients undergoing LASIK eye surgery or other surgical procedures. Our goal is to help you attain the clearest vision possible using advanced technologies.

Kudos to Olivia and the Harbison Eye Care team!!!
I made an appointment for today as I arrived I was immediately greeted with a warm smile and answers to all questions I asked. My eye exam went smooth they had a broad selection of glasses my insurance covered at no cost and they even fitted my lenses in my broken glasses in a new frame. I could not be more pleased with the service I received. Again Kudos to the Harbison Eye Care team, you all are excellent at what you do. 👏👏👏👏

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the lady at the front desk with a smile. I was a bit panicked because my glasses broke and the lens had popped out, but the staff all stayed calm and reassured me that they can help. On the same day, they gave a complimentary eye exam along with 2 new pairs glasses frames. One of the staff members even helped me pick out my glasses and told me which ones looked the cutest on me.
When I had the exam, the doctor was just the sweetest person, she asked me how I was feeling and explained the whole procedure to me before doing it, something that doesn't happen

I rarely write reviews but they deserved it! So here it goes: I called prior to coming. I asked a few questions just to make sure I didn’t waste anymore time coming to another optical saying that either my insurance isn’t within network or they can not put prescription in my personally purchased sunglasses. Not only was the receptionist super friendly and helpful but she gave me a sense of a warm family feeling! So I decided to head over with patience as I know it’s New Year’s Eve and it may be busy. As I arrived I was immediately greeted and told I would be taken care of as soon as possible

Me and my daughter got our glasses there. The ladies were friendly and helpful. Alicia was or tech and really helped us understand the benefits of the different types of lenses. Especially the glare reflection on them, that was a bonus because I hate seeing ppl look at my phone in my glasses. We definitely will be going here for our future glasses. Her energy and positive attitude was warm and made it easy for us to pick out our frames.

I recommend Kara!! Kara took care of me great, was so nice and helpful. She didn’t care how many glasses we took out but she did clean them right after. She has such great selections and so many pretty colors. She helps pick out your glasses and tells you what looks good. She is the nicest person ever!!

Where do I begin? I have never been to a eye doctor that is so attentive with the best customer service. I didn’t believe the hype as far as the reviews I read however, that team is amazing. AND I BELIEVE THE HYPE! From the moment you walk in to the door until you leave and even after. I believe the young lady name was Kara or Carol, she exceeds what is to have good energy. She shows you care and concern and she knows her stuff.
The rest of the ladies are great too.

I have just started going to this eye place and so far I have received the upmost care for customer service. I'm glad they have created a place such as this because for the first time I can have glasses and contacts. This place is such a convenience for others and they accept most insurances. I would recommend coming here and checking out the rest of the plaza.

I really had such a great experience here at Harbison Eye Care. I came in and right they attended to me. I didn’t have to wait long and the Doctor was very knowledgeable and super nice. I order my custom frames and they arrived sooner than expected. The facility is very clean and at a convenient location. Overall, the staff is very professional and I recommend them.

The staff here is awesome! I came in it was very clean and Tasha got right with me super friendly very polite her personality was one to remember. The Dr I seen she made me feel really comfortable we had a good exam. I picked out my glasses with Tashas help she helped me pick the perfect frames to match my hair and jewelry then I met Kara another employee she's awesome too! They both had me rolling. Tasha and Kara should get 10 stars, it was a pleasure ladies.

Got my eye glasses at Harbison Eye Care for the first time. My friend and I walked in and greeted with a friendly smile from the receptionist. Luckily, I have an appointment because it was pretty busy inside. They have so many selections from different designers like Michael Kors , Ray ban to Tiffany &Co . The optometrist is very friendly and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. I finally picked my glasses (too many to choose from) and they make sure the glasses fit perfect on my face and being comfortable. Overall, I will definitely come back here next year.
