We had Eric come out to the house first hung this morning. He was on time for the appointment and very friendly. It was our first time hiring a pest control service and he told us about all the compounds he was using and how they worked. We shopped around through several services and found that mid cities was a great value and came highly recommended to us my a family member.

They were friendly, came out quickly and professional. Took care of our wasp issue and it is guaranteed for 60 days. The price is a little steep, but I think that is normal for pest control these days. We would use them again.

Eric did an A+ job. My grandbaby was asleep, I have several dogs that bark when they hear the slightest noise. Eric completed the entire inspection without 1 single bark and and the baby never woke! He is a true Blessing for sure!

All scheduling staff are experienced and professional. Scott did not just get rid of an ant problem in our attic, he investigated until he found an almost invisible source of ants getting into our house through 1 small leaf on a bush. We were impressed and pleased. The owners have high standards.

We previously used Mid Cities Pest Control and just went back to their services this year after a bad experience with another company. We received our 2nd service yesterday and I was highly impressed. Gil showed up to the minute on time, was very friendly and courteous. He did not rush through the treatment of the inside and outside of the house as we have seen before with follow up visits. Top notch customer service was given and I will definitely request Gil again!

My family and I have been using Mid Cities Pest Control for 20+ years.
we have never received any problems from them, not sure why they are receiving bad reviews.
Just had them come out again the other day, this time their tech Jason showed up.
He was on time, if not early. Carried on a nice conversation with me, even offered some helpful hints to help around the house.
We will continue to use them as much as possible, or needed.
However, I think we would just ask for Jason to show up from now on, i'm sure all of their reps are just as nice, but I will prefer him from now on. .

I began using Mid-Cities Pest Control (MCPC) in early 2011 for my quarterly pest control. Overall, I was satisfied with the service. I met their technician David. He seemed very knowledgable and patient and I felt he would be a good guy to work with my elderly, sometimes difficult mother. In 2012, I signed her up for quarterly pest control as well. In February of 2013, I noticed some red whelps on my mother's arms and discovered bugs in her bed. I called MCPC and they sent out a technician who confirmed that my mom had bed bugs. I was told bed bugs were not covered under my quarterly pest

After noticing roaches, we called them for help. They are a bit over priced but the lady that came was very professional and kind. Their customer service seems to be great; I'm hoping the bugs are gone for good!
