Office staff was rude consistently over the 4 year period of hashing out my Grandmothers estate out. Lawyer was chosen by my uncle who was executor of her estate. He was okay to deal with , hard to reach , & dealt more with my uncle than talking to us directly. Which is probably standard , there was alot of us, but if you aren't knowledgeable about the process you should probably go with a more hands on lawyer . Overall I think he was fair, Im sad and glad this process is over. Good luck to you , if you're reading this make sure you choose someone who is a good fit for you AND your family's needs
