Called the day before to set up an appointment. The next day at the appointment time, Troy was busy on the phone and said he would get back to me in an hour. 2 hours later I called back and his secretary said he was with a client. He never wanted my business and I'm sure doesn't need it, but he is not an honest man and doesn't keep his word.
Nothing to do with wanting immediate service, I just wanted integrity and honesty. I waited a day to be stood up and lied to. Keep your word thats what the bad review is about.

Troy and his staff are the best in town! Abby did an excellent job processing my paperwork and communicating with me as well. Troy was able to fight for me and going from my ex-wife wanting me to have only every other weekend to me getting joint 50/50 custody. Great job!

Troy is the best attorney you will find here in Missouri. His experience and determination is uncanny. I had the most complicated custody case you could possibly imagine. Anyway, Troy and his staff were amazing through the whole process. Troy is extremely understanding and easy to talk to as well. Wow... didn't even get as far as setting up a consultation with this lawyer... the lady that answers the phone was short, sounded like I was bothering her, and snotty to say the least.... when I wasn't 100% sure if I wanted to pay to have a consultation, she didn't even try to help me feel more comfortable with this lawyer!!!! She said, "well, you want to call back?!" I said ok, yes I need to think about it.... AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!!!! Wow.... not a good way to make people feel comfortable or get them in the door!

Family law is such a heart twisting situation, involving the most important people, your children.
