The service , as far as being waited on, was good. But, the quality of their workmanship is not so good. Sam is a good jeweler. But, his jewelers that work under him are not and their work should be inspected much closer. If it had been inspected better than it was, I wouldn't have had the problems I had in the first place. I had 1 stone taken out and 2 more added. I was not asked if I wanted to keep the stone that was taken out.. I did not get a discount off the new stone either. They just kept it. I specifically asked for the stones to be put in a certain way. I paid a lot of money to order a

I recently had some work done to my engagement band and wedding band. I had my rings resized and redipped. My rings were ready within 2 days. beautifully restored. I would recommend Sam's they will take care of your jewelry.
