Jayson's was established in 1984. We began in the downtown area of Cape Girardeau, just a block from the Mississippi river. Although we have moved our main location over the years, we still reside in the Historic Downtown area. We decided to expand our presence in town by offering two places to shop.
In 2007, we opened our second location in Cape Girardeau. We are locally owned and operated which allows us to bring our own style to the business. You will find that we offer a variety of products from Designer engagement rings to pearls and custom jewelry. We like to spice it up by taking trips to the diamond captial of the world: Antwerp, Belgium, to hand-select our loose diamond inventory.

Amazing customer service! Regan went out of her way to find and design a ring I have been searching for over the last 5 years. She was also able to have my original engagement ring repaired and is better than ever. Thank you again!

Wow!! I’m so impressed!! I took them my ring (it was my great grandmothers ring so it’s very special to me) because the band broke and it needed repair. they were so nice and helpful when I dropped the ring off. They called the NEXT DAY and said it was ready. Holy smokes that was FAST. It was so shiny and beautiful when I picked it up. They repaired the band, cleaned it, and checked the prongs. It’s so beautiful and perfect!!! I will never go anywhere else for jewelry repair

My fiancé just bought my engagement ring here this week and we are very satisfied with the service they provided! Worked around the price range that he had to choose from and they did a great job finding the perfect ring within that price range without trying to talk him into spending extra money. Brought my ring in today to have it resized for free and it was back on my finger about 2 hours later! We went into Jaysons today with great hopes of finding a unique engagement band after a disappointing experience elsewhere. Regan, one of the family owners, looked at a variety of picture samples I had saved to my phone and immediately zoned in on just what I was looking for!. Actually, she took two distinctly different styles that I had envisioned and found the perfect merger ring! It was such a surprise to me! She really listened to what I was after and didn't attempt to steer me to a more expensive style. We also found a beautiful band for my fiancé and got a great deal in the process

Do not go to Jayson Jewelers! The sales rep are condescending and refuse to listen to what the customer actually wants. Atrocious customer service!
After they did unsatisfactory work to my wedding ring (I was too embarrassed to even wear it), I brought it back for them to correct, which they were reluctant to do. A week later I got my ring back and they charged me again, more than I was charged the first time! No one should have to pay twice for a job that should have been done right the first time. Not knowing they were charging for the work, my husband dropped by the store to pick up my ring
