Booked a load with Patrick. Lane was North Dakota to New York. When I arrived at a weigh station I was informed I was overweight. When I called Patrick to let him know he resolved the problem instantly with the shipper. They agreed to take 4 pallets off to get me to legal weight. Patrick also covered my dead head back to this shipper which was $500 for 150 miles. This guy is a true professional. I appreciate his generosity and hard work to get a this problem resolved immediately. I will be doing a lot more loads with these guys in the future.

I drove 100 miles to take the load (double booked load). At the shipper was a different carrier who booked this load with them. When I called them to see what was going on the broker said I was disturbing her from lunch. They said we canceled the load after we booked it. What was the reason for sending updates regarding this load if I "canceled it"????

Critical: Responsiveness
Fraud crook’s and liar’s. Book the load from them they load was over weight. Shipper didn’t want it to take 4 palettes out only 2 still over weight. Refuse to take 2 more so they take all load out. Royal said I refuse the load and they not gone paid a dime. Ass…holes. I got rate for 39379 lb not for 41000
