In 1979, we first became involved in the Para-Transit industry and at that time we had about 30 employees and about 18 vehicles. Today we have over 100 vehicles on the street along with about 150 employees. All of our drivers have Child Abuse Clearence, and State police checks done and are Drug tested in order to secure the safest possible transportation for our customers and clients.
In 1979 Willow Grove Cab Company entered the Paratransit business, transporting persons with disabilities to workshops in the Montgomery and Bucks Counties. In 1980 they began transporting to senior centers. Shortly thereafter, Pennsylvania started offering seniors the ability to go anywhere in the Bucks and Montgomery areas on a shared ride basis.

I won’t lie, I saw the reviews on here and was very hesitant to use this service to get my youngest sister to school, however when I called, the individual on the phone was very nice, the driver was here in nearly 5 minutes flat. The driver, an older gentleman, was SO kind. He put on some great music, and we talked a lot. He made the ride very comfortable and a great experience! If you need to get somewhere and don’t want to pay an outrageous price, I recommend this company. Thank you guys so much!

Pathetic service.
The call center picks up and says cab will there anytime between 5 an 30 minutes and we are supposed to stand outside the building in this biting cold.
They do not update us as soon as the cab comes and when I call up call center they I am supposed to stand visible to driver when he pulls up.
I asked him its such a cold temperature, so you should at-least give me a call and inform me if driver is ready at pickup point. At-least give a call to confirm with me but nothing happened.
He blantly said I do not understand you, if you need we can sent next taxi now but again I will
