We ship our fresh, smoked meats directly to your door so that when they arrive, they are just as tasty and fresh as the meats purchased directly from the store. To ensure freshness, we ship all products on Mondays and Tuesdays. Orders received after 1pm on Tuesdays will be shipped the following Monday to ensure quality and safety.

They have excellent meat products and are very kind. I ordered 6 large gift boxes and showed up early to get them.. Three workers jumped in to quickly finish my order and kindly helped carry the boxes to my car. Even on Dec. 23rd their coolers were packed with fantastic meat offerings. I even got some boudin which we have not been able to find in stores for months.

My sister and I took a 3 day trip to KS MO eating nothing but burnt ends each day for our meal in order to compare different establishments. We found a couple that we liked better than others, but weren't blown away by any of them. I returned home and went to my little local grocery store in Gore, OK and found Kurzweil's smoked beef burnt ends. Brought them home, heated them up and served them. EVERYONE at the table loved them. Tender, Juicy, flavorful and perfectly blackened.
Kurzweil's won my taste testing hands down and I didn't even have to leave home!

I am working with Kurzweils on a commercial sausage project. The first batch of sausage did not meet our customers expectations. As soon as I contacted Chris about this he immediately went work on a completely different recipe. He had a sample batch in less than a week and a new run of 1000 lbs ready in less than 2 weeks. Thanks for going the extra mile!

I purchase Smoked Meats wholesale for our property, the Loews Kansas City Hotel. Loews as a brand actively partners with local vendors to supply our menu offerings. Chris has come through , being able to supply us with TOP QUALITY smoked goods, and can handle the volume we need!
While Kurzeil's may not be the "widely known retail/restaurant name" here in KC, I have found Chris' products to be top-notch, and our choice for us to represent the Flavor of KC.

What a great lunch the ribs were meaty and tender and my pork tenderloin was crispy and delicious! Fast friendly excellent customer service! What an excellent family ran operation! Before we left I stocked up on beef jerkey, breakfast sausage, chorizo sausage, beef hot dogs and grabbed a jar of jalapeño strawberry jam! When I have more freezer space I'll be back for some smoked pork chops and steaks. Thank you!
