Been using A Saylor for about 20 years. Always very professional and courteous. A good value. The estimate for Heating/AC install was about $1000 more than I had budgeted. He removed about 10% from price, plus I got 5% discount for cash...bringing the final cost within $200 of budget. A good deal.

I have used A Saylor Heating and Air for my home for over 30 years as well as in my real estate business. Always honest and reliable - completely trustworthy. Reasonable rates, too! They did 2 installs at my home last year - one furnace, one air conditioner. Very efficient both times with almost no disruption to our household. From start to finish the experience with A Saylor Heating and Air is easy. I called based on a family recommendation, Ali in the office is the epitome of hospitality and customer service. Purchased a home and had all kinds of issues with our furnace and home warranty provider is aa joke, but that's a whole different story Received quotes for a major repair and a coworker recommended A. Saylor. Tech arrived and customer service was top shelf! Part arrived and the owner arrived to make the repair. And it gets better!!! We had a totally different problem, called A. Saylor again and they arrived the next day and found the issue within ten minutes. Customer service was again TOP SHELF! Tech was knowledgeable and price was incredible. Highly Highly recommended.
