Tony Ruiz is our massage therapist providing Ashi Thai and therapeutic medical massage for result-driven therapy.

Therapeutic massage combines a variety of techniques that enhance the body's natural restorative functioning, release tension, relax muscles, increase blood and lymph circulation, and impart a sense of calm. Therapeutic massage is also used to alleviate pain and stress, aid soft tissue healing, and provide balancing aspects of body, mind, and spirit.
Acupuncture has its origins dating back thousands of years. Acupuncture balances the energy flow (Qi) throughout the body which is essential for health. During the past decade, the medical community has begun to embrace alternative treatments as many studies have shown acupuncture to be effective in treating pain, allergies, palliative care with cancer patients for nausea and weakness, and many types of chronic illnesses.
We supply these herbal therapies in either powdered form to be taken as tea, drops, capsules, or tablets. We carry many herbal formulas from reputable herbal companies such as Evergreen Herbs, Golden Flower Herbs, Apex Energetics, NeuroScience, and Standard Process to name a few. Most western herbs and vitamins are readily available from local health food stores.

The Center for the Healing Arts has prepared the preventative formulas used in China by medical professionals to boost the immune system, strengthen the lungs and make them less susceptible to infection. We have included anti-infectives and Bach flowers to address the stress on the nervous system.
