We did their catering service for 30 people and about 7 of us didn't even get to eat because they didn't bring enough food. 3-4 tacos per person is a lie unless you put just a few pieces of meat on each tortilla. There weren't even enough beans and rice for everyone which is the cheapest thing to make. When we reached out to complain the person basically brushed us off and didn't offer any kind of resolution. Just told us other people that have ordered didn't have issues. When they arrived to set up the food it was a young man that set it up probably between 11-13 years

Sac Tacos catered a party for me with their Taco Bar. It was a super easy set-up, they were exactly on time. The food was good and hot, and the chicken in the taco bar was especially delicious. I would recommend this service and will probably do it again myself. It was easy to communicate with the owner, he responded quickly and was very gracious.

We've tried to come here 3x and they haven't been at the corner of Sunrise and Greenback when we drove by, but today they were! Hooray! We got some tacos and a burrito. Over priced in my opinion. $3 dollars for a street taco? $10 dollars for a burrito? Yikes. The tacos were good, nothing special. The burrito however? Disappointed. It was so full of rice that my husband ended up not being able to eat it. It really sucks when places put too much rice in the burrito, especially when you're paying $10 bucks. Customer service was great and I'm not mad about supporting a small business

On Thursday my boyfriend and I stopped by to check out their food truck for a quick bite to eat. I ordered the Carnitas and Pastor Mulitas. These mulitas were oh so cheesy, very meaty, made on a homemade tortilla and served with fresh ripe radishes and salsa! The carnitas was decent, but the pastor wasn't spicy like I'm used to. I would return to try their famous Barbacoa tho!

Ate lunch from their food truck @Lowe's Sunrise & Greenback today (check their website for hours/address). This 300lb fat kid ordered 4 barbacoa tacos thinking they'd be street taco-ish size. Could only down two given the ginormous chunks of tender beef & super long pulls of melted cheese within the tortillas. The consommé (think savory au jus made from the tears of an all beef unicorn) sent it to Nirvana level lunch. Despite the warm day, I opted to eat standing beside my car w/the hood as a tabletop since by the end there were drippings everywhere but my shirt. In the end

Saw the taco truck and wanted to eat local today. Wait times were okay because I'm pretty sure there were only one or two people in there.
Only good food was the carnitas. Pretty good flavor and were nice and soft. The barbacoa was hard and tasteless. The tacos could have really used some lime or salsa. The rice felt like undercooked basmati and my bf said he could taste the can from the beans.
I think the worse part was the grease. The tortillas could've used more time on the grill to get some more flavor. If I just squeezed the taco a bit, oil would drain out of it like a wet sponge

If I was able to give ZERO stars, I would. I drove over 6 hours to a wedding this company catered just for them to run out of most of the food without half of the guests being fed. By the time my table was dismissed to get food, I received two plain chicken tacos. They had ran out of rice and beans and had ran out of all toppings for the tacos.
Not only that, their customer service is absolute garbage. The individual who paid for the catering reached out to Carlos to to speak about what had happened and left a Yelp review, just for him to screenshot the review and harass her about it.

They have been advertising on Rancho Cordova's local Facebook page, and when I was driving down Folsom Boulevard on a Sunday Afternoon and saw the truck, I decided to stop.
When I pulled up, there were *7* people waiting outside of the truck. I looked at the menu, decided what I wanted, and then walked up to the window. I said "HELLO..." 3 times, a little louder each time, and never got any response or acknowledgement from inside the truck. Someone on the outside waiting for

If your up by Sunrise Mall and looking for a quick bite to eat, dinner for your family tonight or maybe even service for an event I would stop by and check out this food truck in the parking lot of Lowe's at Sunrise & Madison. I did and my belly is happy . This taco truck doesn't just serve up tasty street taco's, they slagged a diverse menu that includes tacos, nachos, burritos, quesadillas, tortas, combo plates, and a Barbacoa Raman bowl whoa . I tried a variety of their tacos which were all standard to the many I had at other taco trucks and restaurants. Wasn't a fan of their super fries. Got soggy really quickly and the fries were outclassed by Adalberto's.

They seem like they are always in the parking lot next to O'Reily and Autozone on Folsom Blvd . We have been here a few times now and I must say the tacos are pretty good . We always end up ordering their specialty, the crispy beef tacos with the dipping sauce . It's so good ! Their other tacos and taquitos are also tasty , but nothing beats that delicious dipping sauce and fried beef taco! We will be back !

Do NOT BOOK them for catering. I did for the 20 people . 3 to 4 tacos for everyone...sure. The guacamole containers measured 1.42 oz each they have me 16 of them. I asked for 32oz which totalled to 40 dollars....and it was brown. Salsa salty, onion cilantro mix was purely oinion.The tortiallas where stuck together and drenched in oil.I asked them for a partial refund since I was not happy with the service . They refused. Attached are pics you tell me if was worth it 250 up dollars. Se creen taqueria Mexicana. Que vergüenza.

I ordered on door dash their menu seemed unique having barbacoa ramen I've never had it. It was good their barbacoa tastes grilled in the soup really good flavor! I also ordered their red salsa and chips it was excellent i love food with garlic salsa tasted great right amount of spice the chips were good too great portion! I couldn't finish neither by myself.

Food trucks are all the rage these days and Sac Tacos is worth the drive. You just can't beat the $1 taco truck feeling from a taco truck versus a sit down restaurant. These guys make some delicious tacos and you can order party trays too. We've done the party tray a few times and all our friends have loved it.
Give it a try if you see them too. Especially on Taco Tuuuuuuuuuesdaaaaaaaayyyy.
