I literally went through the Ludlow yellow pages and failed to find a local plumber to do few few simple tasks. I was amazed that for the most part I couldn't even get a return phone call. Then I found Paquette. Very professional operation staffed with a friendly and helpful crew. They showed up early, Mike the plumber who did my repairs couldn't be a nicer fellow. He was in and out in under an hour. Me feeling is if you can't be relied upon for the small stuff you're not getting the bigger jobs. Paquette now have a customer for life.

Update:
We gave Paquette another project and they came through in a timely and effective manner, so I wanted to update my review. We had one small issue which is that they slightly damaged a light fixture, but they promised to fix that.
I appreciate their effort in trying to resolve our previous differences and would now recommend their services
They were called to fix a heating problem in our condo. We weren't up for another two weeks and discovered when we returned that it wasn't fixed, even though we paid them for their work. We called them again and they said they'd have to
