In 1999, while I was working in Milwaukee, a friend approached me with a fun business opportunity. We would travel to Women's Expos, State Fairs, Wedding Expos, County Fairs. In 2009 the dream of expansion became a reality. The new Roseville location featured over 300 mannequin heads in a rainbow of hair colors and styles.
I had the pleasure of working with Sara last Saturday and it was the best experience ever! This boutique is an amazing place that takes a very sensitive and emotional issue seriously to make sure you feel comfortable. I was treated like a movie star and walked out of there looking like one too.

We recommend washing your wig every 6-8 wears. Before washing your wig, gently remove any tangles with proper brush/wide tooth comb. Add synthetic shampoo to cool water in your sink. Swirl wig in water while making sure that the hair is traveling in the same direction. Do not rub hair. Rinse thoroughly in cool water until the water runs clear.

I would have given this a 4 1\2 as j have in the past but not real happy about the fact that you have to make an appointment now and that there hours on Saturdays are only until 2pm. Also they only allow each person 1 hr per appointment.
The staff us really knowledgeable and very attentive!! I have nothing bad to say about the staff at all.
They do have a lot to choose from.

The man made me feel hurried.. wasn't helpful to me...seemed more like a bad sales person with something else on his mind.
I'm trying to figure out my hair piece and he says "you have 15 minutes left before his next client comes in." (I was told by the lady on the phone when i made my apt. that I wouldn't be rushed.) He also worked on a med/long dark haired wig instead of helping me. I had to ask him to write down the name of human hair topper I was intrested in.
I did buy a topper...(on my own doing) he lost a $1400.00 sale as well as talked me out of a bun type hair piece. I asked if he was

I cannot recommend Creative Hair Design enough! As a woman in my 20s, losing my hair has brought up plenty of emotions. Being able to have a 1:1 appointment in the privacy of Creative Hair Design was such a comforting experience, filled with compassion. The whole experience was fun, informative, and left me with a whole new level of confidence. I can't wait to go back next year to pick out my wedding wig!

I was in yesterday, October, 6. The gentleman that helped me was AMAZING! He is just incredibly good at his job. He made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. I am in chemo and lost all my hair. He let me try on anything I wanted. He was funny and kept saying you can try them on they don't have feelings. Helped me find one that will last and looks nice and close to my hair color. Being a strawberry blonde I knew they would never have anything that color. He made me feel really good and now I feel pretty again. I'm so grateful. I feel so much better now.

After visiting another salon and being told that there are supply issues with pretty much all hair products due to covid, and a 6 month wait for what we were looking for, I made an appointment with Brian at CHD. We have an event coming up and needed a solution ASAP. While meeting with Brian he assured us that one way or another he would get us taken care of by our upcoming event. I had my doubts because we had a tall order, but Brian came through for us and within a week of meeting him, he had product in hand and called us to come in. My mother was looking for a wig due to her thinning hair & was in town for a few days . We ended up going to Creative Hair Design Roseville location. The online booking was a breeze & we had a one on one Consult with Brian , he was amazing!! Very informative, laid back & fun! We had my 4 yr old daughter with & he even let her try on a fun “pink rapunzel”wig 😀 , highly recommend Brian & Creative hair design!! I just want to say that Creative Hair Design is a great place. Alissa truely wants you to be happy with your purchase when it's all said and done. I'm very impressed with what she did for me. And Brian did a fantastic job at blending my topper with my bio hair you can't tell where the topper starts or ends, fantastic job Brian.

This was the best experience I have had looking for a wig. Alissa was so helpful and welcoming. The shop is super cute and well stocked. I am a transgendered person who is always very nervous when revealing this information to someone. Alissa was very accommodating and I felt very comfortable in the shop.
The wigs were all very nice and Alissa was able to help me find two that matched my style and color. The actual wigs are being ordered and will be here in three days.
Overall I was extremely impressed with the whole experience.
