I absolutely love, Rachel. I had a hair nightmare where I tried to transition to silver with a new stylist and most of my hair melted off. When I was finally ready to go for it again, I found Rachel. She has completely transformed my hair into something much softer and still youthful while going salt and pepper. I love the products used as well.

I started going to Salon Elite a few months ago, after my stylist of 14 years decided to step away from doing hair. As silly as it sounds, seeing someone new after that long of a relationship with a stylist was difficult. I made the decision to start seeing Rachel. She is nice, talented, and very quickly was able to understand my hair and how to make it look its best. My hair is curly, but I also like to wear it straight. Additionally, I am in the early stages of going gray… Which is super fun. I just saw her this week and gave her free reign to do whatever she wanted to my hair. The results

Kelli was great! Thoughtful and careful, she did not whip through my haircut/color. She listen to me. She is an absolute professional.
I have struggled with hair stylists that are not passionate with their art for many years. My haircut requires precision cutting and it was perfect!! The salon was friendly and cozy. I highly recommend Kelli!

I'm a salon in portland Oregon and. And just so happen to come across your yelp, and I read the one about the girl that was unhappy with her color and you explain she went from black to blonde. I'm really sorry she gave you a one star review over something that was out of your control. scientifically chemically you cannot alter what hair is going to do especially if it starts out that dark. It's called chemistry. Well that sucks and I'm sorry you're going through that and I hope if somebody else reads my review they will see that the review for the one star is a ridiculous

I came here looking for a great hair color left in tears, because it was not was I was looking for I talked too the owner their was nothing she could do if she was considerate she would have been like hey it was not what you were looking for let me lower the price you should have to pay as much if this is not what you expected I'm sorry maybe it would have been better way over priced for what they give you ladies I say move on .

After a less than satisfying visit my last visit (my first at Salon Elite), I reached out to Nikki (owner). I wasn't expecting anything, but did want her to know what had transpired.
Nikki went out of her way to listen to my comments, and do everything she could to make it right. She was so apologetic and asked me to come try it again, with Alexis.
Alexis was great. Smiled, laughed, took the time to talk about what i was thinking. After our conversation she spent time to find the right color, and a fun cut.

This was my first experience at Salon Elite and from the time I scheduled my appointment, to when I arrived and to the time I left, my experience was awful. I scheduled my appointment several days out at a time that worked for me, then received a phone call the night before offering one alternative slot time for the entire day, as my original was double booked. I then arrived five minutes early, and ended up waiting almost 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. My stylist asked me what I wanted, then cut me off to speak to a different client. My cut was not what I wanted. It was uneven

Got my hair done last night. You can tell everyone there is of high quality and super friendly. I wasn't in love with my finished product, and it could possibly be because I wasn't descriptive enough as to what I wanted. I emailed today and was responded to within minutes that they only want you to love your hair and they got me in right away to correct it. What exceptional customer service! I believe I may have found my new salon!
