My cat, Pandora, had recently fallen ill. When I made the initial appointment, I'm positive I stressed that she had not been eating properly.
The appointment was scheduled about nine days out, for July 15. I grudgingly accepted it.
A couple days later I called to see if I could get her bumped forward, because she had stopped eating altogether. They bumped her forward to Monday, July 12.
I called yesterday, July 10, to see if there was any way possible that she could be seen. She was deteriorating fast, she couldn't walk, she wasn't eating or drinking. I was literally giving her water via eye

This was a 5-star facilty about a decade and a half ago, now I would recommend going elsewhere. Especially if your animal requires ER attention, my brothers cat just passed away this morning only 1 day before her scheduled appointment here, and he had pleaded over the phone to them how dire her situation had rapidly become and the flat out refused to see her before her appointment. It may be a drive for most but I recommend going out of Seneca County for your veterinarian needs, the ones here just don't measure up anymore.

I can’t say enough about this place!
I have 5 cats and 1 dog. 1 of my cats I actually adopted from Dr. Darby!
The reason I give this place five stars besides the excellent care they give all my fur babies is because I once found a cat and I tried to bring it to the vet that I was currently seeing right away, it was a Friday and the vet that I was seeing could not get me in till the following Thursday. This kitten was sick, and needed help immediately.
My husband called Seneca Falls veterinary Hospital and they told me to come right in right away, I was not one of their patients and there is

Took my cat here after she was attacked by a dog. She seemed OK, nothing broken, just beat up. Brought her back a couple days later when she didn't seem herself as they instructed me to do. Dr. Darby and his staff listened to every symptom and didn't treat me like an overly protective mom. They believe that you know your pet the best. After x-rays a hernia was discovered and repaired. She went through some tough rehab with her muscles torn and a cyst that developed and ruptured. The staff was caring and called often to let me know how she was doing. Inviting me to do visits with
