I'm beyond ecstatic to have recently discovered Dr. Mendoza with Crossroads Family Dentistry. I have a great fear of the Dentist and Dr. Mendoza is very kind, compassionate, a great listener, and her attitude of caring and helping is exceptional. I am very happy with the two crowns done by her; and my visit was pain free. Dr. Mendoza is truly gifted at what she does and I highly recommend her to be your Dentist too! And one more thing; she even personally called me the next day to check on how I was doing! This is almost unheard of these days!! Thank you Dr. Mendoza! You are greatly appreciated

Great experience with Dr. Mendoza and her team at Crossroads Family Dentistry! From the time I entered the office and was greeted warmly by the receptionist, to the X-rays and procedure by friendly and professional staff I felt right at home! They worked very quickly and didn’t try to upsell me on un-needed or unnecessary work. Great experience and I’ll be going back in the future! The facility is top notch and the staff, from the receptionist right through to to the dentists, is also first caliber. The dental tech who assisted the dentist with my crown and fillings was truly outstanding. I would recommend Crossroads to anyone needing dental attention from the routine all the way to the very complex.

Absolutely loved this place. My previous dentist was always rescheduling appointments after COVID started and then would complain I was not going every 6 months. I decided to try this place and I do not regret it! Dr. Crystal Mendoza was fantastic, she took such good care of me and even called a few days later to check how everything was going. I never had such an amazing treatment at a dentist office before. Thank you!

Dr. Tyng and his staff are all so nice and very patient. I had a lot of anxiety about going, but they are so kind, it always makes me feel better. They are great about explaining everything and answering questions. I love that Dr. Tyng took the time to talk to me and hear my concerns. I can highly recommend them if you are looking for a dentist.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST dental office in town!! I was in yesterday for a filling that turned into a root canal. Dr. Arango and his assistant Kaitlyn both worked with care and diligence throughout procedure. I'm so happy to call Crossroad Family Dentistry my Dentist!...And this is coming from someone who has 20 years in the dental field, I've seen it all!! And by far this office is the BEST! They have the best Dentist Crystal Mendoza DDS . She is simply amazing, well mannered, professional, and she listens to her patients. Dr Mendoza even followed up the next day to see how I’m doing. In all of my experiences of going to the dentist this one was a true 10/10. When I called to make my appointment the woman on the phone was able to schedule me same day which was a treat! The support staff was friendly, organized and thorough in reviewing my insurance coverage. I really appreciated their easy paperless check in in the beautiful inviting lobby. The staff invited me to a beverage while I waiting for the hygienist to call me back. I was called back on time and the cleaning and exam was the most thorough I’ve had in my entire life. Extremely courteous and knowledgeable staff. Showed me a model of my current mouth condition and what is needed to be done. Gave me several options and advised me to seek other providers opinions. Dr. Arango provided me a written estimate of the procedures and costs. I definitely feel that they are patient centered and involve patients in their care.
