"CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED!"
This has got to be the worst experience that I've had to go through while booking a vacation stay. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel the reservations the very next day after making them, and still over a month and a half before the actual trip. Weeks later have still yet to receive our refund (That was never supposed to be charged in the first place until check-in) Not to mention that I was charged twice . We stayed at Sweetwater Circle in 2009 with my sister and booked there again this month. Hayley was so friendly and helpful over the phone. We traveled by van with our daughter, her fiance and 2 toddlers from Maine! We arrived a little early...Hayley said no problem and got us right in! We loved the family atmosphere of the outdoor property and the villa was perfect. The last thing we want during vacation is to step out the door to traffic or a hotel parking lot...no worries with that...it was so clean and peaceful. This past weekend we stayed in a condo in the Sweetwater Club Complex in Kissimmee and we were very comfy!! Everything we needed was there and very clean! Towels in abundance, comfortable beds and a large coffeemaker that brewed an excellent cup.
Hayley is so wonderful to book with...very friendly, very accommodating and super easy to contact for any questions or requests while there. I will be booking again w/ FL Vacations 365 next time I need a condo! Thank you so much Hayley!

Not trustworthy of me staying at this property ever due to the fact that they can't issue a refund back on a reservation that I never stayed in that I had canceled. And the Mgr owner operator has deceived me in this process of getting refund back by telling me it's been issued when 3 weeks later it's not issued.

My wife and I have been using this company since we have been traveling to Kissimmee for the winter. Hayley has always been more than accommodating to help us get a unit or change a date for our stay. She has always replied to us if there was an issue and most times it was dealt with in reasonable time and manner. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to find a vacation rental to allow them to escape the cold northern winters.
