My family and I have lived here for over a year and one lease renewal.
The office management I've had nothing but super positive experiences. They're wonderful and very personable. Tia, Robin and Rose are always willing to work with us. We've had some odd situations that were always worked out for the better. I strongly recommend looking into them.

It's been years since we left King's Gate to come back to Korea. Whenever my wife and I find places with wonderful scenery it reminds us the days when we stayed at King's Gate West, which is lovely and peaceful with kind neighborhood. I believe Cheryl and Rose still works there, and thanks for their kindness.

I cannot begin to say enough about the folks over at Kings Gate. Tia in particular provided not just the best leasing experience of my life, but quite possible the very best service experience I've had ever. That in and of itself says a lot. It's immediately apparent that she actually, truly cares about the people she's renting to, and she will go to bat for you in any way she can. And by all indications, Robyn and Rose are no different. I'm beyond happy that I chose Kings Gate! If you get a chance you should do the same.

I have been living here for about 10 years, and very happy. Great management & maintenance staffs. Very quiet & secure. All requests are promptly addressed. Very nice garage space available at reasonable rates. Wonderful grounds & nice pool. Neighbors are friendly, I have never had any problem with any of them. Easy & comfortable living. All in all an excellent place to live!

Living at Kings Gate was a great experience for me. The management team is made up of three kind and understanding people who were instrumental in helping me "get on my feet". During my time living at Kings Gate, I met wonderful people and made great new friends. Its nicely maintained and I always felt safe walking about the property with my dogs at any time day or night. I highly recommend this complex to anyone of any age !

This is one of the nicest apartments I have ever lived in. Nice sized apartments with ample cupboard space in the kitchen. Love the radiant floor heating, it keeps the apartment toasty in the winter. Two a/c units to keep you cool in the summer. My family LOVES the pool, they swim just about every day. Our neighbors are all great! Cheryl and Rose in the office are always pleasant when I speak with them. I have had no maintenance issues since I moved here in January, so I have not met maintenance crew. I see them around the complex they all seam like good people! I highly recommend Kingsgate West

The apartments are spacious and look nice when you first move in. But they don't maintain them well, and the management is very confrontational and unpleasant. They tout their pool, but it's seldom open. They don't open it until mid-June, it will be closed on Labor Day, and the hours are very limited because they don't want to pay lifeguards. They leave you flyers announcing events and such, but their notes always have a nasty streak. They host a cook out, and then scold you not to come early, don't ask for more than 1 hot dog and when the food's gone it's gone

We had a leak coming from our ceiling in December, January, and February. The last one went on for ten days. Ten consecutive days. We couldn't use one or more of our bathrooms for a period of 15 cumulative days over two and a half months. Did I want a rent reduction? I sure did. I asked for one. Instead, we were told that we had to take time out of our work schedule to have a conversation with the property manager because rent reductions aren't part of their policy. Their policy is to get mad that you're mad that sewage comes through your bathroom ceiling....
