Centennial Gardens was built in 1947 and is located directly next to the beautiful Onondaga Park. Our company purchased the property several years ago and manage it ourselves. We want to bring new life to this classic apartment community, making it a truly desirable place for our tenants to live. Our recent renovations include new windows, new boilers, new roofs, as well as a large new laundry room.
