Would not recommend this firm to anybody, Rosa who I still have no idea was her role is was the worst, she denied my requests and charged me for emails requesting information that I have provided since the beginning. About a year went by and my case did not get resolved and they refused to take response for all their mistakes.

This firm is so unprofessional! It took an entire month and a half to get an appointment only for them to not confirm, then cancel it themselves, lie and said I called to have it canceled. The rep ended up transferring me to someone who then says the appointment was canceled because we don't handle the case type. I never received a call, email or text notification. Glad I called today before spending two hours driving to your office for a canceled slot only to be turned around. Now that's a month and a half wasted, when from the beginning your company knew you didn't handle property or small claims

They call you several time confirm the appointment and when you coming on time you still need to wait more than one hour
The girl at the front desk have a really bad actitud and instead of speak to me with profesional matters her actitud was super gero and nasty.
The services can be perform better from my dog than this people , don't loose your money .
Look for better options no everyone that are at TV ARE GOOD . They are looking for your money .

My family and I had a terrible experience with the law firm. The treatment was very impersonal, the time they took to process and work through what we hired them for was unacceptable. Throughout the process we received very little feedback. Additionally, they charged us a large lump sum to which they stated that whatever amount was leftover after this initial service, could be used in the future to handle any other legal matters. My experience with this law firm has been a nightmare. I had a consultation with them a year and a half ago to seek legal counsel in opening up a unique kind of business. They could have told me they were not experienced with this type of business, but instead they assured me they could definitely help me, required I pay a $3,500 fee upfront for 10 hours of their time, and pressured me into retaining them with the use of a $100 consultation fee if I chose not to.

This place is horrible. If you want to lose your money go this place. Adilen ""paralegal" is unprofessional. She is rude and doesn't understand and help the client. Brian Prieto has less than two year admitted at the bar. No experience at all. They don't know what they are doing.He is completely lost. I spent about $8000 to $9000 and the case took more than a year.They charged you in calls and trashy papers. Don't go to this place. My cousin called for a consultation in regards to a family law issue. She explained her entire situation over the phone and asked if she could be helped. The person who answered the phone put her on hold for a few minutes and when she returned she said, "yes, of course, we can help". She advised that it would be $100.00, consultation. Long story short, we arrived at the 11 am, appointment, weren't seen until 11:45 by the attorney, Jesus Novo.
