No odor, no liquid, no primer, and no UV light. SNS is for healthy nails, unlike gel, or acrylic. SNS are much thinner, lightweight and most importantly, help your nails grow out stronger and healthier by adding 5 different kinds of vitamins and calcium. This includes a basic manicure, plus an exfoliating hand massage with a sugar scrub to remove dry and dead skin revealing new, smooth skin using all organic products.

I rarely write reviews, but this place was so great I just had to. Amazing ambiance, they offer you drinks if you need one, very nice and welcoming people! I came in with a photo of the nails I wanted, and they came out exactly the same- what more can you ask for?! I got an ombre French with sns powder and they got it spot on. A lot of nail salons get close to what you want but don't quite get it.... this place really knows what they're doing! I wanted to wait a week before reviewing, and they're still looking amazing. Definitely my new nail place.

My first time at this nail salon. When my manicure and pedicure were finished, I told Kathy, who performed both services for me, that this was the best mani-pedi I've ever had. I'm 60 years old, so I've had a lot. I asked for a business card so that I can make appointments with Kathy. The best!

I came just like normal customer and waiting to be take care of … but as soon another customer just come right away she got attended.. didn’t feel ok with that so me and my daughter walked away!! Did not feel priority ..to be honest the other customer did not even made an appointment because I heard all the conversations when I was there!! Plus the lady who attended us was very rude,unprofessional, not nice!! Definitely not coming back again!!

First time visiting this Nails salon and was referred by a family member. Sad to say, was judged as soon as I walked in and they were not friendly at all. They did not cease an opportunity to service a new customer.... Instead my first impression was horrible. Poor service, nails polished started bubbling and their attempt to fix them made it worse, they just wanted to pile more coats of polish, REALLY! I don't know they think we are stupid or something. They are always so nice and make your visit so wonderful! I haven’t had a lot of time to myself recently and I took some time to go have “me time”. They made me feel great with their friendly staff. Hannah is awesome!! She made my visit even better with her stories of her family! SO GREAT!! The owners are awesome and also very attentive!! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!!!

Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I had such a relaxing pedicure today, I almost fell asleep! I can’t say enough about how safe I have felt at Universal during the pandemic. I know that they care about their customers and take every precaution. I live over an hour away, but I won’t let anyone else do my nails!
