Like many others, I would not recommend you use SEKO if you have a choice. I ordered a TV from an online retailer on 11/22. It was to be shipped from Nashville TN to my home in the greater D.C. metro area. Approximately a 10 hour trip by road. After two weeks SEKO could not account for where the item was. I called and spoke to the Baltimore dock… staff after it was supposed to be at that facility and they could not confirm the location of the TV. I was also informed they did not do "local deliveries" and the TV (when found) would need to be transferred to a different delivery company for

I literally ordered a couch from China and it got here before my tv from Tennessee. They lost my tv twice. Then they found it, the facility stated that I can pick it up. Seiki called me and said I can’t pick it up then emailed the company and told them not to release my tv to me. Now I have to wait another week for my tv even though it’s 30 min away from where I live. Mind you I ordered the tv on dec 20th smh.

Absolutely terrible customer service, no response to emails or messages. Couple this with no active phone number. The fact that the customer service representative from First Global Logistics said your company is known for its poor customer service and delivery says something. I will be strongly recommending that the company I ordered from consider changing who they use to ship their goods!

Terrible service. Nothing but excuses and ineptitude from the staff. I called to find the status of my delivery and got the run around. I asked to speak with a manager and “they went home for the day” I am upset because they wasted my time and had me waiting for a delivery that never came. I was lied to and told that they knocked on my door and no… one was home. My doorbell camera determined that was a lie and also my wife was home all day. I am still waiting on my delivery. If you value your customers and their business then avoid using this company at all costs.

Terrible company!! My delivery was coming from the U.K. My online information showed that customs had cleared the items - it took about a week for them to pick up the items, then another week to start delivering to my area, then I get a notification that my items have been delivered and there was nothing at my door - guess what? they had delivered it to the WRONG address. A neighbor almost half a block from me, (whom I didn't know) was thoughtful and came to my door with my delivery - showing my correct address clearly on the packages! I called the offices to notify them and got kicked around

Very slow delivery . My order has been sitting at your Houston dock since 23 23 July 2021. I can’t get your company to delivery my shipment and your customer service is absolutely no help . I would never recommend anyone use this company . Disabled Vet waiting on important rehab equipment and you’re refusing to deliver . If necessary I can have someone pick it up because it not being delivered !&

Absolutely the worst customer service. I had a shipping sitting at there hub for two days with no phone call. I called and corrected the phone number and scheduled the appointment for today 12-4. I look online to confirm it out for delivery only to find that it’s still at the hub and not going to be delivered. No phone call at all! I Called scheduling out of Tampa and was point blank lied to! If the company your purchase from used Seko go somewhere else! Horrible Horrible company!

This company has awful customer service and logistics….I am working to get a delivery and after weeks of me trying to get a hold of a human, they finally scheduled it. Now after taking the day off work, the delivery never arrived. The don’t answer their phones, they don’t return calls and they could care less about actually getting you your… product or how they inconvenience the customer. For being a logistics company, they stink.
Also, be prepared to wait on hold for at least 30 minutes, listen to their recorded message about how wonderful they are only to be disconnected

The US customer service office was very rude today. He told me he didn’t care about what I had to say and then hung up on me. I had to cancel my delivery because they have been too disorganized and it’s been three weeks so far since they haven’t delivered my item. Now I don’t trust that they will send the order back.

Terrible company that does delivery for Weber Grills. Ordered grill on 4/21/2021 still not delivered from Elgin Il,(510/2021) Apparently they will call you once, if you don't answer or hear message they sit on your package. Why do u=you need to call and set up delivery in this day and age. Fed ex and UPS do just fine!! Customer Service rep was rude… and arrogant and quite frankly should be fired. Weber Grills may be great but the delivery company they picked are atrocious and were not much help regarding this matter!!Will never order directly from them again!

Purchased a table on Cost Plus World Market and they were unprofessional and didn't honor 4 hour window they gave me.
They gave me a window of 1-5pm. They show up at 11:45am (I'm not home). Then come back and deliver the couch at 6:38pm, drop it off, quickly hand me my receipt, but don't have me sign any paperwork like most companies do to confirm receive of delivery and leave.

I ordered a table from Bellacor and they told me SEKO would deliver and assemble and remove trash for a white glove delivery fee. I paid the fee for convenience. ISEKO was suppose to call an hour before coming but never did and I waited 3.5 hours. Then Seko dumped the pieces on my dining floor and said they do not assemble. They ran across my lawn to deliver and got mud on my carpet. I could have had it delivered for free and hired my own team. Bellacor will make it right but I will advise them to not use this service.

Well I can see why this is the first review because this company is absolutely horrible they lie they don't show up when they're supposed to please never use them. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company in my life they say they came to my house we have cameras everywhere nobody was at our front door knocking we tried to talk to a manager impossible.
