Sure, we provide many of the same services other transportation and logistics companies provide-dedicated fleets, 3PL services and warehousing, but that's not where it ends. DLI is unique in that we provide something our competition does not: we solve problems. DLI was founded in 1995 by president and CEO Tom Wintz.
Drivers with less than 12 months experience and/or recent truck school graduates are able to obtain full time, solo driving positions with Dedicated Logistics Inc. (DLI) upon successful completion of our 3 week paid training program. Must have at least 1 year tractor/trailer driving experience or the successful completion of our mentor program if less than a year of driving experience.

Been with the company for almost a year. Came to the company from DAY AND ROSS. And I will say that I've been treated better here then anywhere else. Tony and James have been amazing with allowing me to go to my appointments and work around my schedule. I had a 14 hour route pretty much when I started and over the year with their help we have got it down to 12. And now that I need more family time they are moving me to a new route to accommodate my needs. Every company has their ups and downs but DLI has made me feel like I can be at home here. Best career choice I've made.

Dedicated Logistics is the best company that I have driven truck for, hands down. All of the people who work for Dedicated Logistics in Oakdale and in the Hudson facility are phenomenal! As a driver, it also started with the Managers, who treated me (and others as I saw it) with respect and a genuine concern for our safety. If a driver wanted to work, they had work for you. Great variety, if you wanted that, plus they offered permanent dedicated positions as they came open. I miss Dedicated and my former workmates every day. There is a DLI driver that zips down Hewitt Road, through a residential neighborhood every morning between 6:30 and 7:30 AM coming from the Big Y in Mystic/Stonington CT, using it as a cut through to Route 95, rather than taking Route 27. The speed limit on this road is 25 MPH because it is a dangerous road for pedestrians as there is no shoulder or sidewalks and a 90 degree turn and there are many people running or walking and kids waiting for school buses.

Driving east on Hwy12 from Delano 5/14/13, I was about the third car behind a Dedicated Logistics driver, he was driving very erratically, speeding up slowing down swerving all over the road. All the way past county road 6 where the two cars in front of me exited. Finally passed him on the by-pass by long lake. I Think he may have been under the influence. I took about 5 min of phone video if you would like to see it.
