SRC was over the top polite and helpful today with a really difficult situation picking up a horse for me. The two ladies that helped me on the phone were very understanding and did their job professionally, as well as the driver, who was very polite and helpful, as well as professional. This is the only rendering plant still open in Northern California. For those of us with farm animals and no large equipment or place to properly bury them when they die, as they do, it is an indispensable service. Without them the health hazards associated with disposing of dead animals would be greatly increased. I am glad they are still there.
