After a referral three years ago, I haven't left and have had the pleasure of referring friends and family. Long or short, colored or foiled, I am always happy with my style when I leave. That atmosphere is inviting and the stylists work together to ensure customers are happy.

The staff was super nice and it was an affordable cut for the city. I was able to get an appointment day of which is what I was looking for. They did the job and I'm glad I went in to get it chopped but it definitely wasn't the best cut I've ever had. It's not as smooth as where I typically get my hair cut. I have a lot of fine hair so it does take a talented stylist to give me a quality cut. I would go here again if I was desperate but I'm definitely going to keep trying other places to try to find my new go to place.

I've gotten my hair cut twice now by Liz S. since moving to the South Boston neighborhood, and have been so pleased both times! I'm Italian and have super thick, coarse, curly hair - and Liz knows exactly what to do with it! (She has curly hair herself!) The whole experience is easy and relaxing - you can book online and reschedule if needed, and the timing of my appointments has always been speedy! Because I don't blow-dry my hair, I can be in and out in 25 mins with a wash and great haircut. Liz is very friendly and the products used at the salon always leave my hair feeling great

I had a perm done by Tatiana of Headquarters a year ago this past April. When I left there a year ago, I will say it did not look bad, but I did not have the same results at home after I washed it four days later. It was frizz, FRIZZ, FRIZZ, FRIZZ. Tatiana, after what was supposed to be a light fluffy perm, applied all sorts of lotions of whatever in my hair. NOW I KNOW WHY IT DID NOT LOOK THE SAME WHEN I DID IT!!! AFTER A YEAR MY HAIR IS STILL FRIZZ! I had beautiful hair. It's ruined. HEADQUARTERS RUINED MY HAIR!!! I have spent approximately $70 a month for a year on conditioners

It was a cute spot but I was disappointed, my stylist was very friendly but had me double booked and rushed through my appointment. It was just okay, I wouldn't recommend or go back.

I've never written a Yelp review before, but I love my hair so much that I decided today was the day. I called Headquarters to make an appointment after reading Yelp reviews myself and told the woman that I spoke with on the phone that I didn't have a preference as to who did my hair. She made me an appointment with Tatiana, and I'm so glad she did! I've been to salons in Burlington, VT, Durham, NC, and Boston and Tatiana gave me my favorite hair cut ever. I highly recommend visiting Tatiana for your next cut!

I had read all of the reviews on yelp and decided to book an appointment(online!). I had my cut and color done by John and was overall very pleased with my experience!! The salon has a great atmosphere, and everyone I interacted with was very friendly. The time flew by :)I Highly recommend!!

I had a cut, color and partial highlight with Miley... She's amazing!! I'm thrilled to have finally found a great hairdresser at a reasonably priced salon! I will definitely be back and highly recommend trying them out!

I went to Liz for years before going to beauty school and becoming a stylist my self. I wish she was one of my co workers now so she could still do my hair! Didn't realize the importance of Yelp until I got in the business so that's why I'm just getting around to this. Liz always gave me the perfect foil and cut. She always listened to what I wanted and nailed it every time. I would recommend any blonde to her! Thanks Liz, Miss you!

I've been going to Headquarters for years. Originally I went to Nicole and loved the cut and color I would get from her. She's left and there's been some turnover since then. The two other stylists I had after were great, but I must commend Tatiana for my recent partial foil and cut. The place was the most packed I have ever seen because of the holidays and Tatiana was still professional among it all. She asked for help when needed (and appropriate) and stayed focus to make sure I had the correct amount of "blond" for my request of "chunkier" highlights.

I dont get my hair done on the reg. Im that girl that uses box dye but its been over 6 months and the past 4 month my hair has been in a been. I always like the person whos cuttin my hair to make me feel comfurtable. I did feel like i was doin all the talking and felt like i was talking to much. But she did s grate job. Now i have an appointment to get my hair colored and a very particular about the color it has to be the perfect red

I have been going to Headquarters for a couple of years now and I regret not writing a review sooner! Maily is AMAZING! She is an expert on color and style and gives me exactly what I want every time I go in.

This place is great!! I set up an appointment to get a trim and a color. Those two things as a woman, you want to come out perfect and have a skilled hair stylist. I was sooo glad I found Maily! She was very professional when from the minute I walked in. I felt comfortable and told her exactly what I wanted. The process went super smooth. I was very pleased with the trim as it wasn't too much off as I asked and also the color was amazing. Seems to me I know now where to get my hair done for good! Maily is a sure bet and I would recommend her to anyone looking to get what they want in a cut

Went to Headquarters for the first time this week. They were extremely flexibile with their appointments. I called and was able to get an appointment for that weekend, then decided to change it last minute and was able to get an appointment with the same person for that afternoon. The salon was slammed; but they fit me in without making me feel like they were doing me a favor.

It's relatively easy to get an appointment here, and all of the staff are very nice. Nothing fancy or pretentious, just good hair cuts for a good price here, and I love it ($35 wash/cut/dry, free bang trims in between!). Too bad it took me so long to try this place, because I am very happy every time I leave. Stacy does a great job, and while I typically do not expect to be entertained while getting my cut, I am thoroughly entertained when I'm here.

One day last week I was in a rush and needed a quick blowout. I called Headquarters, Nicole the stylist answered in a great friendly and professional manner. When I went to the salon, Nicole was just amazing. She did one of the best blowouts I have ever had. All for $25. Nicole made my experience awesome and will now be returning every week and recommending her to everyone I know.

Every time I leave Headquarters I feel great. Everyone who works there is nice, they remember their customers and are interested in what's going on with you and what you want for your hair. They never pressure, just listen to what you want and add their expert 2 cents when needed.
