They were super friendly and nice I have a 3 in one where the touch screen does not work anymore and my laptop the charger got broke off in it they were able to get the piece out of lab top and was able to help with the orgin problem on 3in one but was unable to fix touch screen I'm grateful for what they were able to do not really a place to take something you need fix physically but hardware wise this is the place

I stopped into Abstract without an appointment to get some guidance on setting up a computer docking station at home and was greeted right away. I wish I could remember the technician that helped, but he was very knowledgeable and took the time to hook everything up to show me a demo of what to do. I came home and replicated what he did and everything works great! I would highly recommend this business for any type of computer service and or repair!

Had an iPad that needed some work. Walked in, was greeted right away and started the process. I was there 45 minutes and it was perfect. I've also had previous business work with them. They were always prompt, polite and fixed the issues. I always liked the fact that they would come out work at my business.
