My Dell laptop gave me the "blue screen of death"...took it to Dior. He called me to explain my options and suggested that I replace the hard drive instead of purchasing a new laptop (the one I have is a great model.) He kept me up to date prior to making any upgrades/changes and let me know the price ahead of time. Thanks Dior!

They are Awesome! I needed a new solid state hard drive installed on my laptop and there were some compatibility problems that he recognized right away and figured out. Did such a great job I had him overhaul my desktop computer too! Now I have 2 "new" computers for a tiny fraction of what buying new ones would cost. He knows his stuff, for sure !!!

Five stars - would give 10 if allowed! The housing of my HP Envy computer was damaged after it slipped from my hands. Francois totally repaired the housing to make it better than when I purchased it - making sure that the metal hinges were attached to metal and not plastic. He updated it cleaned it, called to get permission to do what needed to be done. The computer was repaired at a very fair price and I have total confidence in Dior Computer Repair. I will recommend to friends!

I had a water damaged Lenovo laptop and had attempted to fix it myself with minimal results. Had Francois look at it and within two weeks (I had no time constraints) I had my laptop fixed with no replacement parts for only the fixed repair fee.
He stressed saving me the most money (spending time to fix the problem himself before attempting to buy replacement parts) and made sure I was satisfied with his service every step of the way by calling me with updates.
