A nanny is usually in charge of organizing and coordinating your children's activities, preparing their meals, keeping their rooms and play areas clean and other duties relating specifically to care of the children Nannies can provide in home supervision for children of all ages including newborn infants and toddlers.

Engaged this company to help us find a nanny. They said it would probably take 4-6 weeks before a nanny was placed. As of June 1st they were supposedly searching, only to find out when they finally sent 2 candidates, that they hadn't even been using the right location information so the 2 candidates they sent were not an option. They were barely responsive, and never sent us any candidates found with the correct information. They also never discussed what we needed or were looking for when I asked to discuss this. Not only did they not provide the service they stated, they wasted a very valuable

I was so pleased to find Cass & Company through a referral from a friend in a similar line of work as a Household Manager. Sara and her staff were very professional and in constant contact with me during the application process and regarding open positions. Cass took the stress out of the job hunt. I paid $3000 for a nanny placement fee, only to realize within a few weeks of this nanny working for me that there is no possible way they could have screened her properly. My mother who was visiting at the time found The nanny in the park several times with both my kids stopped in the stroller next to a bench while she talked on the phone. This agency never responded to my calls on the matter. I obviously let the nanny go pretty quickly but was never offered any remedy or apology from the agency. It was an overall very disappointing experience for me as a single (and working mom) especially

I reached out to Sara for a nanny position i was interested in and from then on had an awesome experience. As a nanny who really cares about her job and has a passion working with children Sara really made this process easy and well worth it. She really listens to WHAT you want in a family. I was so excited to talk to the people at Cass and Company. For about 13 days Megan and I talked almost everyday going over jobs I wanted to apply too. One of the families was not interested in me for some reason then I never heard from Megan or any of the others again. VERY disappointed! I left 4 messages and sent 3 e-mails and I didn't hear back at all. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Over 2 months ago I was made aware that I would have to end my current nanny job as the family was moving away, I have been doing it for five years and I wanted to continue on this career path. I was contacted by Megan and held a phone interview with a Courtney and told to send in my background check, license and some other things. I waited a few weeks and contacted Courtney, she told me she didn't have any of my paperwork, then she told me she did and I asked about job leads. she told me about a job in Jamaica Plain, I told her I wasn't interested because of the location and transportation

I have been a household employee for over 20 years. Over the years I have used 3 prominent Boston agencies that specialize in placing employees in private settings. I have been looking for a nannying job & discussed my background & experience at great lengths during a phone call with an employee at Cass & Company. I was asked to send her an email with all my information, my references & a short little writeup of my experience. Now I can't get in touch with her. I've left her a voicemail and emailed her, with no response. Based off other reviews, I was really looking forward to working with Cass & Company. Now I'm just frustrated that I wasted my time.

We hired Cass and Company to help us find a housekeeper. They have proven unethical, as we learned that they have contacted the employee they placed with us several times to try to poach her away (to get another placement fee from another client). Our cleaner told us that they call her "all the time" about job offers. We just learned that they came to her with yet another job offer recently. I am disgusted with the way they do business.

Cass really guides clients through the process with their expertise, experience, and knowledge. We literally set forth basic requirements for an executive housekeeper and they managed the entire process for us. We quickly identified a qualified candidate, Cass even handled health insurance, payroll, and all negotiations for us. The process was efficient and informative. We were very pleased.
