Although we rent professional video equipment, unless you have an experienced video camera operator, you are chancing the proper recording of your event to fate.
If this is a once-in-a-lifetime event that can not be duplicated, BAVR strongly recommends retaining one of our professional video photographers experienced in the correct setup and operation of our video recording equipment. Our hourly fee includes transferring the raw un-edited camera footage to an on-line transfer site.

Services
BAVR can manage all your video and audio transfer and duplication needs. Some duplication projects are very simple and only involve copying what already exists on a DVD or CD. Other projects can be more complicated and involve transferring video in different formats and encoding it to a DVD with a complete menu, full color face label, and custom designed case.

DELIVERY - Delivery Fee is based on mileage (one way) applied per mile from our office location.

I highly recommend Boston AV Rental - we utilized their services for onsite audio and a Zoom connection for a Celebration of Life for my son so it was a last minute contract. The turnout was unknown but Bob assessed the situation and adjusted his role accordingly to accommodate a larger group than expected. Managing the numerous Zoom participants was a challenge that was resolved quickly. Thank you, Bob!

We used Boston Audio Visual Rental for our wedding and everything was smooth. We rented a PA System. Bob helped explain how to use the system, how to hook it up to music when needed, and we didn't have to return the rental that same day. We really appreciated the professionalism and flexibility they offered. I would use them again.

I have used Boston Audio Visual for several different events. The one thing that stands out is their professionalism. There were times when I needed them to be 'wall flowers' and there were times when I needed them to be a proactive part of our event. No matter what my request, they consistently rose to the occasion. They (Ariel&Bob) are always there before me, prepared and ready to go and have had flexibility when times ran a little late.
