The principals of Quality Limousine have over 40 years of experience in the transportation industry. Quality Limousine itself was founded in 1989, starting with a "fleet" of 3 cars. The company, through hard work, dedication, quality service and reliability, has since grown to encompass a fleet capable of handling the transportation requirement for a multitude of corporate clients.
In addition, "Quality" utilizes a fully integrated Web Reservation System on which clients can make reservations and automatically receive confirmation email, update or modify existing reservations, modify client profile preferences and print receipts, directly from your desktop to Quality's secure server.
Quality's fleet consists of Town Cars, SUV's and Stretch Limousines, allowing us to handle any and all requirements that our clients may have. All "Quality" chauffeurs undergo thorough background investigations, motor vehicle record audits and drug testing. And on an ongoing basis, their performances are evaluated through our "Quality" Assurance Program.

I went with 4 stars but I think between 3 and 4 is more realistic. Used them for myself and family to drive home from jfk after long international flight. The driver, John, was great. Very friendly and drove my family safely home. The quality of the limo was not great though. Very dirty inside. For almost 200 dollars would have expected the limo to have been vacuumed and cleaned and not have smelled. May use again.

Quality Limo is reliable and professional yet make our family feel like part of the family. When I made a mistake and gave them the wrong night for a JFK pick up at midnight they did not skip a beat. They came the next night for us after waiting for us the previous night. It was completely my fault but they never made me feel worse than I a;ready did. We will always take Quality Limo for our family...the limosiunes and town cars are top notch. Their prices are fair and they will always always be there for us!

Prompt pickup at LaGuardia ... which is a challenge right now dealing with all the construction and limited traffic flow. Driver took us right into Times Square very quickly and efficiently ... and the return ride back to the airport was just as efficient, even though we had to avoid road closures for Columbus Day parade.
Quality Limo has treated me well for many many years and continues to do so. Congratulations Don!

My go to limo service. Very professional, always early and text me they are waiting. After a long journey, it's nice to know you are covered. Drivers are smart, and always know alternatives. Large assortment of vehicles. Prices are fair and competitive. Donald is great to work with and Donte is a favorite driver!
