Terrible experience! Late for pick up (twice), once by a driver who couldn't understand English to communicate effectively regarding our destination. The "luxury vehicle" I paid for was a typical suv. They claim to have "Better rates than Lyft or Uber" which is a LIE. They actually charge More than Double! Driver had the nerve to Request an additional tip even after tipping $40! Also charged $80 for less than 10 miles - LaGuardia Airport to Grand Central Station. (Lyft was under $40 the following day!) Owner yelled and cussed at driver and myself because he was confused and too ignorant to provide

John was awesome. During the trip to the hotel, he provided excellent recommendations for places to eat and visit. The driver that picked us up to take us back to the airport was extremely nice and patient (she waited while one of us retrieved something left behind in her hotel room).
We will definitely use this service again when visiting NYC.

We used their service for airport pick up and drop off. Our driver John is a very nice guy. He introduced a lot of activities we can do in New York City. As this is our first time here, it really helped us a lot to plan our trip. We checked in most of the places he introduced and they were awesome. For sure we will recommend them, and will use them again when we come back next time.

Driver was more than 2 hours late picking me up from JFK airport. When I called him asking when he was coming, he got confused seemed to think he was picking me up from Manhattan.
When I realized the driver was delayed indefinitely, I called the company asking if I could cancel because I had a work meeting I couldn't miss. The guy I spoke to was incredibly rude and said he wasn't going to give me a refund if I cancelled.
I explained to him that I'd been waiting for two hours and he said "lady, you haven't been waiting two hours." I said, "my flight landed 2 hours

I contacted this service at the last minute for a business trip I needed to take out in Long Island. Not only were they able to accommodate me, but they were incredibly prompt and professional. My driver, Arianna, was absolutely lovely and was super helpful with suggestions on places to see and things to do. When it was time for me to leave, the weather was really bad and both my driver and the owner communicated promptly and did everything they could to ensure a safe and prompt arrival to the airport. First of all, I cannot speak highly enough of Direct Logistic Services. Arianna was timely, professional, good natured and very reasonably priced. Arianna made the trip - which included NY traffic - all the more enjoyable since she has a wonderful personality and sense of humor. She knows NYC like the back of her hand so I could not have been in company getting around Manhattan. I could not recommend this driver and or her service more highly and will be recommending to friends and colleagues who visit NY regularly. She and Direct Logistics Services are the BEST!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY WERE 45 MINUTES LATE PICKING ME UP FOR THE AIRPORT MAKING ME WAIT AT THE HOTEL FULL OF ANXIETY SO I HAD TO FIND ALTERNATIVES. I had to pay another car service to get to the airport they won't refund my money. At the airport the check in for luggage drop was very long making me almost late boarding. Trying to work with them they were rude and called me names! I do a lot of traveling never experienced such unprofessionalism!

Living on the North Fork of LI, limo service to JFK is very pricey. We usually just drive and park in the long term lot. However, we were going on a long trip (over 2 weeks), and the cost of parking became quite high. Direct Logistics was recommended by a friend. We couldn't be happier. Their price was the lowest of any car service I contacted.
In both rides, two and from the airport, the drivers showed up early in spotless, well-maintained cars. The drivers were courteous, professional and helpful. Excellent communication via text messages. I highly recommend Direct Logistics!
