I needed an environmental site assessment on a commercial property and there were several constraints with scheduling as well as physically getting the equipment to needed areas on the property because of a neighbor who wouldn’t allow access. Savvy’s inspector pushed the schedule aggressively, contracted sampling equipment small enough to gain access, and provided a highly detailed, well-researched historical record search to support the laboratory findings. Thoroughly professional and helpful.

Expect a property condition rating, not a detailed inspection.
