We are located in downtown Asheboro at 929 Sunset Avenue right before Hwy 220. We also have an office at 324 Greenoak Dr Archdale, NC that services High Point, Archdale, Trinity, and Northern Randolph County.

Went and looked at a house and they told me I would get a call back to see if we got approve or not. Almost two weeks later and still no call. Decided to call today and they said “ yes we looked at you're account and you weren't approved” but didn’t think to call and tell me? I’ve called numerous times to ask. They just kept saying “ it’s still in review, we will call when we get results “
So if you need to move out asap don’t recommend wasting youre money on them. BeCause they will have you WAITING!

I had a fairly good experience with them until I moved out. I had set up automatic drafts for my rent so I didn’t have to send a check every month since they didn’t have an online portal. When I moved out they forgot to turn off the auto draft. I was charged the rent again the next month and it overdrafted my bank account causing me to be charged an overdraft fee. I understand that mistakes happen, but when I called to tell them what happened they didn’t work to remedy the situation well or make up for their mistake. I moved out of state and they wanted to mail me a check instead of wiring

This property management company took 3 months to verify, then denied our application. They monopolized on Asheboro properties because they have most of the nicer places to rent. However, they clam to have your ‘credit report’ so they can pick & choose who they rent to. They take your application fee and keep you waiting for weeks with follow up questions. Three month is too long of a time to keep potential tenants waiting. I will be filing a complaint with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

Absolutely terrible service. I would give 0/5 stars if able. They took over management of properties (from another company) in Greensboro which is 30 minutes away from their main office in Asheboro and the disconnect has never been more apparent. Their website is literal trash, no tenant portal for payments or other account information. For over four months their office phone staff have said they are "in the process of making a portal" but alas nothing has become of this. Making payments online feels very unsecure.

I have used Benjamin James as my property manager for 2 years. This company is committed to their clients' success. Ben exemplifies great leadership as the manager in charge. He is a pleasure to work with, much like the rest of the team. Attention to detail and strong communication are two reasons I have so much trust in this company, which gives me a high level of comfort as an owner not local to Asheboro.

The few good reviews they have are obviously from employees. They are very dishonest! I wouldn’t waist time or $ with them. They make as much off applications as possible. Spending $ on an app with them is like playing the lottery! Nor will they call you back on the status of your app! Other competitors take the property off market once an app is received. I was told for one month by Paula that my app was still being reviewed. Each time I would call to question the status she obviously didn’t remember who I was🙄. Each time I was promised a call back... which never happened! I have reported
