My property in Fremont is managed by APM since last year. I used to deal with tenants directly but I am happy that I choose to go with APM. They worked meticulously with all paperwork, to get the tenant onboard. There were some fixes to be done at the property before the move-in and APM took care of managing all that work. Monthly statements gets generated regularly that clearly shows the income/expenses. The customer service is very helpful and they are always available to answer my queries. I highly recommend their services and will definitely work with APM, for other properties in future.

The staff at APM were amazing! Everyone was friendly, courteous and always attended to our questions and concerns. They were accommodating and also very responsive. That's definitely one of the many positives. They communicated with us either by Text, email or phone call every step of the way.
Leon Pham, our broker, went out of his way to move us into our property earlier at our request and made this happen in a day.
We are very happy customers with APM and they did a good job. I would highly recommend APM.

Unfortunately my experience with this affordable property management was not a good. Over the phone speaking with someone who sounded as if they were of Asian descent, I was helped with the utmost professionalism. Yet when it came to the part where I submit my identification card for purposes of property viewing, instanly the property became unavailable and the tone of the man helping me changed. Clearly, I am an African American woman and I know for a fact this was an issue, once it was discovered. Whoever run this company is unprofessional and rude. I am an owner of one the property they used to manage and i ask them to provide me with with docs of my property. I talked to a person who seems to be the owner and he was rude, disrespectful with aggressive language. I was calm and trying to understand what i need to do in order to get docs of my property prior I bought where at that time they have to be managed by them. Do not deal with such people they dont care about you as much as they care abut getting their %

I am very impressed with the staffs and they are responsive in emails and prompt to return calls and they handle my paperworks and applications in a very professional manner.
