I reached out to JDS and received a call to set up a time for a quote. The project manager came and provided a quote in a timely and efficient manner. I received a follow up call for additional information to get the information sent to me. Once I get this, I believe we will be doing business. Awaiting quote.

I first contacted the business line to get a quote and was told to contact the project manager. The project manager set an appointment to come look at the area and give me the quote. He did not show up and didn’t answer my call to inquire if he was still coming. After my message was not returned I called the business line again and explained the situation, they apologized and said he would call me. A week later I never got a call back. I’m very disappointed that waited for an appointment to never happen and can’t even be given the courtesy of a return call.

I contacted JDS Improvements after being let down by several others that were too busy. I knew JDS Improvements would respond in a timely fashion as I have used them on other projects before. I had a desk area in my kitchen that we were no longer using and came up with the idea to use it as a drink station. The crew at JDS removed the old desk area, moved an outlet down low to support a wine fridge, repaired the drywall, painted. Then Bryan & Del helped brainstorm a way to make it more functional and blend in with the surrounding cabinets by designing and installing a cabinet that was counter height
