I have been lucky to get to know Mike and Phil at Ability over the last couple of years both professionally and personally. During that time I have come to appreciate the high level of integrity, and commitment to greatness they put into their work. Without question these guys are remodeling experts who care, and I would hire them in a heartbeat for my next remodeling project.

Contacted them about a home project and was told someone would call me by days end of the next day. That was a week ago! Still haven't heard back from them. I could call them again but I'm not going to go after them and beg them to do my project. It's obvious that they are not interested in my project but they could at least tell me that. This lack of communication is reason enough not to have them work for me, ever. How about you?

I have owned several homes over the years and hired many contractors for various projects. I have never experienced the 5 star level of communication and quality workmanship that I have with Ability. Imagine a contractor that texts every morning on what that day's plan is and what the next stage of the project will entail. Then to get a visit from one of the owners periodically throughout the project to see for themselves how things were evolving and make sure we were satisfied was just so appreciated and frankly unheard of. Mike and Phil came in to pick up where another ill-hired kitchen "remodeler" dropped the ball at a time when I thought I would never see a completed kitchen again. The job got done to complete my original vision right down to the drawer pulls I wanted and it continued to roll along week after week after I had grown accustom to no activity for months with the former guy. The whole process went according to a predetermined timeline just as it should. Good guys Mike and Phil and professional.
