I tortured Kevin when looking for a house several years ago. He helped narrow down about 50 homes and we physically looked at about ten. Knowing what I wanted, Kevin found the ideal home. I was able to buy within days of it being listed. Kevin worked hard for me and certainly he'd do the same for you.
