Rented from them for 3 years. When I moved in the house smelled bad of Indian cooking spices, the blinds were broken and the there was writing on the bathroom tube and basement walls. It took 6 months for the smell to go away. I had a dog and and paid a $300 non refundable security deposit, a $1500 deposit and I paid and additional $75 a month for 3 years for the dog . While I lived there they replaced a hot water heater with a much smaller unit and the fridge went out and they tried to replace it with a 10cu ft unit the one they did replace it with the ice maker broke twice in under a year and
