I think rent is fair here its like 750 for a 2 bedroom. Make sure you are quick if they have an opening cause I got their late and the apartment that was available had already been rented. Nice location though

Lived there for almost 2 years. The management before was not all the best. Now, there is new management which is amazing! New management actually cares and knows to handle things in a timely manner, she's awesome! Overall, it's a good price for the space you are paying for. I would say the downside, is it's filled with a lot of kids running around, leaving trash. Neighbors who are always loud, smoking weed non stop so it smells in ur house because of shared vents, parking is non existent at night unless u have a carport and even then sometimes people will park in ur paid parking. Police always

We have been living here for 7 months and continue to be happy with the size and quality of our unit, the upkeep of the property, and the friendly and helpful management. We had stellar assistance getting in here in the early phases of Covid. It was not easy moving to a new city in July 2020, but they made it such a welcoming place we were glad we came!

I've been here 5 years and every Complex has there ups n downs of issues but I'm gonna say the Recent/New management team has been AWESOME!! They respond in a timely manner and Maintenance goes above n beyond to get stuff Done!! And the apartments are very Spacious the Community is Great 👍

I lived at Silvercreek for two years and I have to highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a new apartment. Property staff made the application process easy and stress free. Living there was even better. Apartments are spacious, well kept, and rental rates are fair. Office staff is very professional, friendly and responsive to any concern I had. My neighbors were great! My kids had friends to play with and they loved swimming in the pool all summer long. Silvercreek was a great place to call home.
