Great service! Michael is always responsive when we have questions Thankfully, we have not yet had to file a claim, but I'm sure he would be just as responsive and helpful through that process. He is a Godly man, and conducts his business by the Golden rule. He understands what customer service is, and provides it awesomely! Highly recommend!

I have used Franke insurance for all of my personal and business insurances. As a contractor, I am constantly adding endorsements or additional insureds to my policies. Michael is very responsive, always helping me with last minute changes to keep my business in compliance. And he has an online payment portal to make everything easier for me. Mr. Franke has gone above and beyond for me. I was so surprised and impressed to find someone who cares about his customers so much.
