Originally from the Rio Grande Valley, its been a pleasure serving the community of San Antonio since 2014. My time outside of the office is spent enjoying the little things in life with my wife and daughter. JC Morales is my go-to guy! He is honest and always explains insurance, a foreign language, to me so that I understand it.

This office will make any sane person go off the edge. Never in my 7 years with State Farm, had I ever had the need to pull teeth to get some consistency out of these people. I remember last year I had to deploy to another country for six months. I was trying to switch to get storage (something like that)insurance for my car since I wasn't gonna be driving during that time,but wanted some protection in case someone wanted to harm my vehicle. I had the pleasure of working with Alexis Suarez. As a college student it is important to try to save wherever I can. Long story short, old insurance kept rising. Alexis gracefully walked me through a comparison of coverages and offered advice on areas I could consider revising in order to reduce cost. I am now paying $40/mo less for MORE coverage. This office has beyond met my expectations of an insurance company. From saving me money on my insurance AND giving me the piece of mind with life insurance. They made the process easy and professionally answered all my concerns. They were even able to refinance my vehicle and give me FREE gap insurance.
