My partners and I had the first application in for a property in West LA. Mark purposly ignored our calls, emails and texts because he did not like the ages of the proposed tenants.. His answers we're short and snarky. He continued to put us on hold while he dealt with others and we lost the property with no warning of others going after it, or our application status.

Do not put your trust in this guy.
